Port City Shopping Mall, in Vinnytsia Ukraine.The 25-hectare wildlife nature reserve adjacent to the development influenced the idea for a low mass building concept. The site area is 2.8 hectares, with a GLA of 80,246 sqm
and 497 car parking spaces.

Building a long-range plan that balances and harmonizes
This project showcases a prime example of master-planning, envisioned as an architectural landmark for the city of Vinnytsia, located southwest of Kyiv, Ukraine.
Our planning and design concept pushes the limits of high-density, low-massing destination retail design. The proximity to a 25-hectare wildlife nature reserve heavily influenced the development’s vision, blending urban space with natural surroundings.
Adopting a holistic design approach, we carefully balanced the social, technical, environmental, and economic requirements of the project.
The mall features two floating roof vaults that span across the structure, allowing natural light to flood in through the glazed ceiling. Suspended chandeliers beneath the glass roof offer stunning views of the water feature above. The Vinnytsia retail and leisure park exemplifies the multi-disciplinary expertise and innovative philosophy of our creative team.
