The rebranding project for the Maison Galaxy retail group in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Creates a new brand identity. Reassess the retail store footprint/functions and how they will run their branches.
The perception of the brand identity and company name looked dated and rooted in the 1970s, it scored poorly with competitor brand identities and customers.
The awareness of the composition of a value shopping experience was very low.
Maison Galaxy wanted to engage with customers with a new brand identity to confirm a more modern retail proposition.
Our design team developed a new brand identity and retail store environment concept to take the Maison Galaxy to the next stage. The management team had several key objectives beyond the purely functional design that were integral to the success of the project. The consistency of implementing the brand identity had been an issue for the client in the past.
We created a contemporary open environment for customers to engage with the brand’s food, fashion and non-food retail offering.
When Maison Galaxy executives invested in our design services, they discovered the new concept was streets ahead of the competition.
