Zenit Bank is reassessing its branch footprint / functions and how it will operate its branches with modern interior design, marketing technologies and communications.
As part of this transformative journey, elements of the brand platform were refreshed in alignment with the management brief to create a cohesive brand experience. Zenit wanted to engage customers with a new identity to confirm the reliability through the presence of the Tatneft shareholding. To develop a branch environment design to encourage customers to discuss all their financial needs and to build a sense of trust.
Offering a full range of financial services as part of Russia's retail banking network, Zenit’s new branch features a relaxed, modern collaborative spaces for customers, communities and business owners to access technologies and information to help grow their business and help them achieve financial success as individuals or as part of a thriving community group.

The challenge of creating a new brand identity, communications and a modern/traditional branch environment helped us take the brand environment to the next level. There were several objectives beyond the purely functional design integral to the success of the project. The consistency of implementation of the brand identity in the past had been an issue for the client.
We created a modern/traditional interior with an open environment for customers to engage with the whilst maintaining a business-like tone.
When Zenit Bank executives invested in our design services, they discovered the new modern style creates functional spaces with a delightful aesthetic. The interior evokes a simple yet elegant lifestyle.
The flagship branch is located on Komendantsky Prospekt, St. Petersburg, Russia.
