As part of a larger initiative to develop a new brand communication suite and in-store environment concept, the management team tasked us with helping realize their vision for a customer-centred experience in their Superstore format at Ortaköy, Istanbul.
Following a phase of conceptual brainstorming, we identified and recommended ideas that best aligned with the creative criteria outlined by Özgür Tort, CEO, and Murat Akdag, Marketing Director. These ideas spanned a range of design solutions, from conservative approaches to more innovative and progressive concepts. Throughout the project, we detailed and refined the designs to create a "brand toolkit" intended for implementation across an additional 40 stores in the Istanbul region.
Our work encompassed the interior and exterior design of all signage, point-of-sale communications, lighting systems, merchandising solutions, and parking facilities, both above and below ground.
